Job Description: HR Generalist Intern
Duration: 3 to 6 Months (Paid)
Location: Office-Based (Full-Time)
Career Path: Performance-based transition to a Full-Time Employee role
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. Unlike traditional internships that limit you to a single department, this role offers a "Hire-to-Retire" experience.
Because we operate as an HR outsourcing and staffing partner, you won’t just learn how one company works—you will gain exposure to diverse industry standards, multiple client portfolios, and complex staffing ecosystems. This is a fast-paced environment designed for someone who wants to fast-track their career into HR Management.
Key Responsibilities
You will be mentored directly by senior leadership to execute the following:
Talent Acquisition & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and final placement for both internal and client requirements.
Onboarding & Lifecycle Management: Handle documentation, background verification, and induction for new joiners to ensure a seamless "Day 1" experience.
Payroll & Compliance: Assist in monthly payroll processing, attendance management, and ensuring statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
Policy Development: Participate in creating, auditing, and updating HR policies and Employee Handbooks to stay aligned with current labor laws and modern workplace trends.
Employee Engagement: Organize initiatives to maintain high morale and manage the "Retire" (Exit) process, including full and final settlements and exit interviews.
Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between the company and our outsourcing partners to ensure staffing mandates are met with quality talent.
The "Hire-to-Retire" Workflow
