Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist new hires with orientation, collect employment paperwork, and help conduct exit interviews.
Database Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate employee records in the company’s HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute company events, wellness programs, and team-building activities to boost morale
Administrative Duties: Answer basic employee queries, file HR documents, and process payroll-related data (like tracking leaves and attendance)
