We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

• Coordinate interview processes and follow up with candidates.

• Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.

• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

• Assist in drafting HR documents such as offer letters and employment letters.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events.

• Conduct research on HR best practices and policies.

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
