About the Role

As an HR Intern at Shreefin, you will gain practical exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations while developing professional communication and coordination skills in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.

2. Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.

3. Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.

4. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.

5. Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

6. Support employee engagement and HR initiatives.

7. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

8. Assist in HR administrative and operational activities.

9. Participate in training and professional development programs.

10. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR activities.
