Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial HR screening calls.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.

• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.

• Support daily HR and administrative activities.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed MBA (HR), BBA, BBM, or any graduate degree.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Kannada.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn recruitment and HR processes.

Preferred Skills

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Sourcing candidates from portals .

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
