💼 Position: HR Intern – Recruitment
💰 Stipend: ₹5,000 + Incentives + Additional Benefits
Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment databases.
Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: BBA / MBA / PGDM preferred.
Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and MS Office is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
