About the Role

Bakingo is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and other HR activities. This role offers practical exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

• Onboarding: Support the joining process, collect required documents, and coordinate employee onboarding formalities.

• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, update HR trackers, and ensure employee documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Candidate & Employee Coordination: Communicate professionally with candidates and employees regarding interviews, joining formalities, and HR-related queries.

• Attendance & Documentation: Assist with attendance records, leave tracking, and maintaining employee files.

• Employee Engagement: Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and internal events.

• Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle employee information responsibly and assist in maintaining HR policies and documentation.
  

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work from the office in Chennai.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
