HR Recruiter Job Role (For Freshers) – Detailed Points 1. Understanding Job Requirements Understanding the job profile from the Hiring Manager—identifying the required skills, qualifications, experience, and personality traits. 2. Posting Job Openings Posting job vacancies on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, the company website, WhatsApp groups, etc. 3. Sourcing Candidates Searching for suitable candidates through resume databases, job portals, social media, and references. 4. Screening Resumes Reviewing candidates' CVs/Resumes and shortlisting them based on the specific job requirements. 5. Calling Candidates Calling shortlisted candidates to provide details about the job role and gauge their interest. 6. Scheduling Interviews Finalizing the interview date, time, and mode (online/offline), and informing the candidate accordingly. 7. Interview Coordination Maintaining smooth communication and coordination between the candidate and the interviewer. 8. Follow-up with Candidates Collecting feedback after the interview and following up regarding the next round of the selection process. 9. Maintaining Candidate Database Keeping candidate details updated in Excel spreadsheets or an ATS (Applicant Tracking System). 10. Offer Letter Coordination Assisting selected candidates with the joining process and coordinating the issuance of offer letters. 11.
