Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media

 Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

 Support onboarding and documentation processes

 Maintain employee records and HR databases

 Assist in organizing employee engagement activities

 Help in drafting HR policies and internal communications

 Provide administrative support to the HR team

Required Skills:

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

 Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

 Good organizational and time management skills

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
