Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Bengaluru. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, providing practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and policy implementation.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resource Management within a fast-growing education organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  
  

• Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
  
  

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
  
  

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  
  

• Coordinate employee benefits and personnel management activities.
  
  

• Support daily HR administrative operations and reporting.
  
  

• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
  
  

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
  

• Basic understanding of HR principles, HR policies, and personnel management.
  
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

• Good organizational and time management abilities.
  
  

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  
  

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation skills preferred.
