Job వివరణ

We are looking of a HR Head for a manufacture company located in Chandigarh.

Note: Preference for plastic manufacture company experienced candidate .

Responsibilities:

Provide legal guidance on HR policies, procedures, and compliance.
Manage and resolve employment litigation and disputes.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Oversee internal investigations related to HR issues.
Develop and implement HR-related legal strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and management on employee relations matters.
Draft and review employment contracts and other legal documents.
Conduct training sessions on legal aspects of HR for staff members.
