The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day administrative and client service operations of the consultancy, ensuring smooth workflow, compliance with visa/migration regulations, and effective coordination between counsellors, partners, and clients. This role requires strong leadership, process management, and communication skills.
Oversee daily operations across departments (counselling, documentation, admissions, visa processing, marketing).
Ensure smooth coordination between students, counsellors, universities, and migration partners.
Monitor student applications, visa files, and migration documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Supervise counsellors and support staff, providing training, performance tracking, and motivation.
Implement operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Manage communication with international education partners, agents, and embassies.
Prepare reports on student intakes, visa success rates, and business performance.
Handle escalations related to client queries, complaints, and visa issues.
Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and partnerships.
Ensure financial discipline in fee collections, service charges, and invoices.
Keep updated with international education trends, immigration policies, and institutional partnerships.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Education / Management / International Relations.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in study abroad, migration, or education consultancy.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
In-depth understanding of admissions, visa documentation, and migration processes (USA, UK, Canada, Australia preferred).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and reporting tools.
Customer-focused approach with high attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure with deadlines.
