HR Strategy & Management
Lead end-to-end HR operations for plant/factory.
Manage manpower planning, organization structure, HR policies, budgets, and employee relations.
Drive employee engagement, retention, discipline, and workplace culture.
Payroll & Compensation
Oversee monthly payroll, wages, overtime, incentives, deductions, leave, bonuses, and statutory contributions.
Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation and salary disbursement.
Statutory Compliance
Manage PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour-law compliances.
Maintain statutory records, returns, registers, and documentation.
Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and legal consultants.
Factory & Labour Relations
Manage workmen, contract labour, shifts, attendance, overtime, absenteeism, and manpower deployment.
Handle disciplinary actions, show-cause notices, domestic enquiries, and HR documentation.
Partner with Production/Plant teams for manpower planning, productivity, and workforce cost optimization.
