Job Summary
Bluepeak Constructions Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead and manage the complete HR operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, recruitment expertise, employee management skills, and experience handling large teams in MNC companies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall department and HR operations.
Handle recruitment processes across India and African countries.
Resolve employee issues, grievances, and workplace conflicts professionally.
Maintain and manage employee database and HR records efficiently.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company regulations.
Manage employee engagement, attendance, performance, and disciplinary processes.
Coordinate manpower planning and workforce management with management teams.
Ensure a smooth and positive work environment within the organization.
Travel abroad if required for recruitment and HR-related activities.
Support organizational growth through effective HR strategies.
