Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Joining
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Ensure all new employees complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate with Operations team for staff deployment.
2. Employee Documentation
- Maintain employee records, joining forms, ID cards, uniforms, and shoe issuance records.
- Ensure statutory compliance documentation is updated.
3. Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate attendance verification with Operations team.
- Process salary inputs and payroll documentation.
- Ensure PF, ESIC, and Salary Slips are emailed to employees before the 10th of every month.
- Monitor labour law compliance and statutory requirements.
4. Employee Relations & Retention
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Develop staff retention strategies and engagement activities.
- Conduct quarterly Reward & Recognition (RNR) programs across all sites.
5. Training & Development
- Organize induction programs for new employees.
- Conduct grooming, safety, and operational training sessions.
- Monitor employee performance and skill development.
6. Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations Managers for staffing requirements.
- Track daily wages approvals and manpower deployment.
- Monitor attendance, client requirements, and workforce availability.
7. Reporting & Audits
- Maintain daily HR reports, manpower reports, and compliance records.
- Support surprise audits related to uniforms, grooming standards, and site compliance.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
8. Health & Welfare
- Organize employee health check-up programs.
- Promote workplace safety and employee well-being initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Facility Management, Security Services, Housekeeping, or Manpower Staffing Industry.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation.
