We are a growing company in the perfume manufacturing industry, dedicated to creating high-quality fragrances. We are looking for an efficient HR Operations Manager to streamline our daily HR processes, manage our workforce, and support our manufacturing and corporate operations at our Borivali East location.

## Job Overview

As the HR Operations Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR administrative operations. You will handle everything from onboarding and payroll coordination to attendance tracking, compliance, and employee relations, specifically tailored to both office staff and manufacturing unit workers.

## Key Responsibilities

• Daily HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, maintain accurate employee records, and oversee database management.

• Onboarding & Exit Management: Handle the complete onboarding process for new hires and manage smooth exit formalities, including full and final settlements.

• Attendance & Leave Management: Track daily attendance, shifts, and leaves for factory and office staff using our internal systems.

• Payroll Processing: Coordinate and prepare monthly payroll inputs, ensuring accurate calculations of attendance, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

• Statutory Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with local labor laws, factory regulations, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements relevant to the manufacturing sector.

• Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring a healthy and productive work environment.

• Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce company policies, safety protocols, and codes of conduct across the organization.

## Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–7 years of proven experience in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist (experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or retail industries is a strong plus).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred).

• Skills: Strong knowledge of HR operational processes, payroll coordination, and basic labor laws.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of Marathi is an advantage for factory coordination).

• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with HRMS software.

• Location: Candidates residing in or near Borivali / Western Suburbs will be preferred.
