We are looking for a HR Generalist who can independently manage day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle employee joining, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with accounts for payroll and salary processing.
Handle employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
Implement HR policies and procedures.
Support performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, and manpower.
Ensure HR processes and statutory documentation are properly maintained.
Candidate Requirements
Graduation, Business Administration, Operation or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant HR experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/MS Office.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR activities.
