Hiring Alert – HR Executive (Recruiter)
📍 Location: Ganpati Plaza, MI Road, Jaipur
💼 Experience: 1–5 Years
💰 Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
🎯 Incentive: ₹2,000 per successful recruitment

Job Responsibilities:
• Recruitment for the sales team across Rajasthan.
• Creating job descriptions and posting vacancies on job portals.
• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Handling onboarding, employee documentation, and training coordination.
Requirements:
• 1–5 years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Experience in sales hiring will be preferred.
• Good communication and candidate coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Female candidates only, as per the employer’s stated requirement.
