Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, offers)
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Lead onboarding and induction programs.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and HRMIS updates.
Supervise attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
Support grievance handling and conflict resolution
Assist in employee engagement activities and events
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Policy & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures
Support statutory compliance (labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, etc., if applicable)
Implement, monitor, and update HR policies and SOPs
Performance & Training
Coordinate performance appraisal processes
Assist in identifying training needs and organizing training programs
Drive performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes
Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs
Support leadership in talent development initiatives
Exit Management
Manage resignation, exit interviews, and full & final settlements
Conduct exit interviews and maintain records
Analyze attrition data and recommend retention strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
6 Months to 1 year of experience in HR operations and Recruitment.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
