We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while also handling payroll-related tasks.

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (In-hand, based on experience)
📅 Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

Create and update job descriptions
Source and engage candidates through job portals and social media
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates
Post job openings on various platforms
Shortlist candidates and coordinate with hiring managers
Handle payroll processes and maintain employee records
Conduct background verification of candidates
