We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance & payroll coordination, and basic HR operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to HR policies
Support attendance and leave management systems
Assist in payroll preparation and coordination with accounts
Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal events
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Prepare HR reports as needed
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in HR or similar role
Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HRMS or HR software is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
Competitive salary (₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month)
