We are Hiring For HR MANAGER/Executive for Kolkata Manufacturing Plant Strand Road

Location: Strand Road, Kolkata Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Over budget do not apply)

Experience: 3–4 years (Over experience do not apply)

Role Summary

We are seeking an HR Manager to manage core HR operations, including hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, and leave management. The candidate should have practical experience in handling day-to-day HR activities and maintaining smooth workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and hiring process

• Conducting onboarding and induction for new employees

• Planning and organizing team bonding and employee engagement activities

• Managing employee attendance and leave records

• Maintaining basic HR documentation and records

• Supporting overall HR administration and coordination

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience

• Experience in managing recruitment and employee engagement activities

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup will be an added advantage
