Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as HR Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and undergraduate students who want to start their career in Human Resources and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Schedule interviews with clients and hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Undergraduate and graduate candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is preferred.

• Must have a laptop/desktop and a stable internet connection.

• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
