Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management accurately.
• Maintain HR records, prepare MIS reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Address employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives, and help maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and timely hiring.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, performance reviews, and training requirements.
• Manage exit processes and documentation.
