Key Responsibilities

Through planned rotations and supervised assignments, trainees will gain exposure to:
 Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Understand hiring requirements, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and track hiring progress.
 Onboarding & Documentation: Support joining formalities, documentverification, employee records and induction.
 HR Operations: Maintain employee data and coordinate attendance, leave, transfers and employee queries.
 Payroll & Statutory Compliance Support: Assist with payroll inputs, salary queries, PF/ESIC documentation and compliance records under guidance.
 Employee Engagement & Relations: Coordinate engagement activities, collect feedback and support grievance tracking and resolution.
 Performance & Learning: Assist with goal setting, review coordination, training calendars and learning records.
 HR Technology & Analytics: Use HRMS and recruitment platforms, prepare MIS reports and dashboards, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
