The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates as per client requirements. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle and ensuring timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client hiring requirements.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients.

- Follow up with candidates until joining.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

- Prepare recruitment reports and updates.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

- Familiarity with MS Office and job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
