We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at Versatile Facility Management Private Limited to manage payroll process .The tasks include Process monthly payroll accurately and on time , Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.

• Calculate salaries, incentives, and statutory deductions.

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labour laws.

• Generate payslips and payroll reports.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance for employee data updates.

• Resolve employee payroll queries.

• Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
