Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in US Accounting, IT, and Non-IT recruitment. The candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through Naukri and other online channels using Boolean search.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Accounting, IT, and Non-IT positions.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
Prepare candidate shortlists and manage recruitment documentation.
Draft recruiting emails and communicate with candidates regarding offers, compensation, and benefits.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Mandatory experience in US Accounting, IT & Non-IT hiring.
Hands-on experience with Naukri sourcing and Boolean search.
Experience with ATS/resume databases and candidate sourcing techniques.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, day-shift environment.
