We are a 10-year-old, fast-growing civil construction & interior solutions company looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage hiring for technical and project-based roles.

Role Overview:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Site Supervisors, Site Engineers, QS, QA/QC Engineers, and Project Managers across ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for construction & project roles

• Source candidates through job portals and social channels

• Screen profiles and conduct HR interviews

• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers

• Manage interview scheduling and candidate tracking

• Support offer rollout and onboarding formalities

• Build pipeline for frequent site positions

Requirements:

• 1–2 years recruitment experience (construction/engineering hiring preferred)

• Understanding of site & technical roles

• Good screening, communication & coordination skills

• Experience using job portals and resume databases

• Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field
