We are hiring for the role of HR Executive.
Position: HR Executive & Senior HR Recruiter
Office Location-Mumbai ,Malad(W)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for assigned positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracking system
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of recruitment trends and sourcing strategies
Strong organizational and time-management skills
