We are hiring HR Executive & Recruiter
Location - Malad West

Experience - 6Months to 2 Years

🔍Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Source and attract top-tier talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

🎯 Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
