Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to attract and identify top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection)
Post job openings on job portals like Job Hai, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Source candidates through databases, social media, and references
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain recruitment records and reports
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organizational and time management skills
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred)
Experience:
0–3 years of experience in recruitment / HR
Salary:
As per company standards (can mention range if needed)
Working Hours:
Full-time (e.g., 10 AM – 7 PM)
