Graduate/MBA in HR or equivalent.
2–4 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/factory environment.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Factory Compliance, and Payroll.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/ERP software.
