Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation
Support payroll processing, attendance, leave, and benefits administration
Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Support training and development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
Assist in handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Prepare HR reports and MIS as required by management
