Handle employee documentation, personal files, joining formalities, and HR record maintenance.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, deductions) and ensure payroll accuracy.
Ensure statutory compliance under applicable labour laws such as EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages, and other relevant Acts.
Monitor attendance, leave management, shift planning, and overtime control.
Address employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and maintain healthy employee relations.
Manage full & final settlement process and conduct exit interviews.
Assist in performance appraisal process, KPI tracking, and increment recommendations.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and monthly HR analytics.
Support implementation of HR policies, employee engagement activities, and training & development programs.
