Key Responsibilities:
Frequent job switchers are not preferred for this position.
Assist the Senior HR Manager in all HR and administrative tasks.
Support in the recruitment process – job posting, screening candidates, scheduling
interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
Assist in drafting and issuing HR letters, circulars, and internal communication.
Coordinate and manage office administration activities, including logistics, stationery, and
vendor coordination.
Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day oice operations.
Support payroll preparation by providing necessary HR inputs.
Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions.
Learn and implement company HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
Employment Details:
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Probation Period: 3–4 months (salary remains the same during probation)
During this period, performance, learning, and alignment with company goals will be
evaluated.
Upon successful completion of probation, salary increment will be provided based on
performance and efficiency.

Required Skills& Qualities:
Strong management skills – manpower, material, work, and time management.
Must have patience, a learning attitude, and willingness to take initiative.
Multitasking ability and strong organizational skills.
Good knowledge of basic computer applications, MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
and Tally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a positive, professional, and responsible attitude.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or related field.
MBA in HR or Management will be an added advantage.
