Role: HR Executive – Retail Store
Driving Licence and and Two wheeler required (For Purpose of Visit)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and full & final settlements.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and Professional Tax.
Maintain HRMS, employee records, and HR MIS reports.
Support performance management, employee engagement, training, and grievance handling.
Coordinate induction, refresher training, and employee development initiatives.
Foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR is preferred.
2–5 years of HR experience in Retail, Supermarkets, Apparel, FMCG, or Organized Retail.
Experience managing HR operations for multiple retail outlets is an added advantage.
