Position: HR Executive
Location: Vasai
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end to end recruitement activities, including workforce planning, compensation design etc.
Handle end to end onboarding activities, including Orientation, documentation, filing etc.
Serve as the point-of-contact for the business on resolve employee queries and grievances, and any HR program implementation
Manage employee personnel records, payroll related information for employees
Process and assist on payroll activities and support in Leave and Attendance Management
Plan and manage all the employee engagement event as well as communications related to Employee communications
Manage end-to-end HR Ticketing System and statutory compliances
Participate in HR programs, processes, and policies
Support the team in working on HR related metrics and dashboards and other operational processes
Assist on Employee Benefits process and wellbeing activities
