Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle confidential employee information.
Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment, screening, and interview coordination.
Manage onboarding, employee records, attendance, and leave.
Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
6month - 1 years of HR experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office/HR software.
