I. Recruitment and Responsible for sourcing candidates through various portals & social media sites, should have good understanding and hand on experience of recruitment tools

II. Employees On boarding

III. Employees attendance day to day monitoring through time office software .

IV. New employees ESI & PF enrolments & Challans preparation.

V. Payroll management

VI. Contract Labour (Security /Housekeeping) management

VII. Employees grievances handling

VIII. CTC preparation offer /Appointment / etc letters preparation.

IX. Employees exit formalities.
