About the Role

Suresh IT Academy is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive / HR Coordinator to manage student placements, coordinate interviews, and build strong relationships with IT companies. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate student placement activities and interview schedules.

• Build and maintain relationships with IT clients and hiring partners.

• Support new client acquisition and employer engagement.

• Coordinate candidate interviews and follow up with students and recruiters.

• Maintain placement records using Microsoft Excel and Google Forms.

• Assist in organizing placement drives and recruitment events.

• Track interview results and prepare placement reports.

• Ensure smooth communication between students, recruiters, and the institute.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.

• Good coordination and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 6 Months to 1 Year of HR, Recruitment, or Placement Coordination experience preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and coordination skills may also apply.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
