HR Executive

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to join our team at Suncrest Food Makers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll, statutory compliance, attendance records, and the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Payroll Management, Statutory Compliance, and Recruitment.

• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labor Laws, and Payroll Processing.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential employee information with integrity and professionalism.

• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
