Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and responsible HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, identify suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and support the organization in building a strong and capable team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, colleges, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and department heads.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Prepare and share job descriptions and job postings.

Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.

Support onboarding and induction of new employees.

Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

Meet monthly recruitment targets.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong convincing and negotiation ability.

Good knowledge of recruitment processes.

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
