Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive – Freshers to join our team in Madurai.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and hiring process.

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team.

• Handle candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records.

• Assist with joining formalities and onboarding activities.

• Maintain employee and recruitment-related documentation.

• Support day-to-day HR activities as required.

Requirements

• MBA / MBA (HR) candidates preferred.

• Freshers from the 2026 batch can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• Willingness to work from the Arapalayam, Madurai location.

• Candidates who are immediately available are preferred.
