Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to handle HR and office-related activities. The candidate will support recruitment, documentation, and daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (calling, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
Maintain employee records and documentation
Manage attendance and leave records
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
Coordinate with internal teams and management
Handle general office administration work
Ensure proper filing and documentation system
Required Skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (MBA HR preferred)
Experience: Fresher / 1–2 years
Working Details
Working Days: [6 days]
Office Timing: [9:30 AM TO 6 PM ]
