Salary structure

Freshers

- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 fixed per month + target-based incentives

Experienced Recruiters

- ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 fixed per month + target-based incentives

Freelance Recruiters

- ₹250 – ₹1,000 per successful joining

Job summary

We are hiring Recruitment Executives and HR Recruiters for our growing staffing and recruitment operations across India. Selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening applicants, conducting telephonic interviews, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and ensuring successful joining for multiple hiring projects.

Key responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other recruitment platforms.

- Call and screen candidates for various job openings.

- Explain job roles, salary, location, and company details to candidates.

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with the hiring team.

- Follow up with candidates until document submission and joining.

- Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate records.

- Achieve assigned hiring and joining targets.

- Build a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring projects.

- Coordinate with team leaders and HR managers for recruitment updates.

Eligibility criteria

- Minimum 12th pass (graduates preferred).

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Experience in recruitment, telecalling, customer service, BPO, or HR will be an added advantage.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and smartphone/computer usage.

- Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.

Mandatory requirements

- Smartphone with internet connection mandatory.

- Laptop or desktop preferred (if available).

- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

- Availability for regular calling and follow-up activities.
