HR Executive

Job Title: HR Generalist

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in HR generalist functions. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, payroll, compliances, and other day-to-day HR operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

* Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate salary disbursement.

* Ensure statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) are adhered to in a timely manner.

* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

* Support in drafting HR policies and implementing HR initiatives.

* Address employee queries and provide assistance in HR-related matters.

* Coordinate with management and employees to foster a positive workplace environment.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 2–3 years of relevant HR experience in recruitment, payroll, and compliances.

* Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
