Manage day-to-day HR operations at the site/plant.
Handle manpower planning, deployment, and mobilization as per project requirements.
Maintain attendance, shift schedules, leave records, overtime, and manpower reports.
Coordinate with recruitment team for new manpower hiring and joining formalities.
Conduct employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
Maintain employee records, personal files, ID cards, and statutory documents.
Coordinate payroll inputs, salary, deductions, PF, ESIC, and other HR-related data.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and day-to-day workforce concerns.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with site management regarding manpower requirements and workforce productivity.
Manage contract labour/third-party manpower and their documentation.
Coordinate accommodation, transportation, food, and other employee welfare facilities, wherever applicable.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention activities.
Maintain proper coordination between Site HR, Corporate HR, Operations, and Project Management.
Ensure smooth HR operations during shutdowns, project mobilization, and demobilization.
