Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The role ensures smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management

• Support payroll processing and salary-related documentation

• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws

• Manage employee relations and resolve basic HR queries

• Coordinate training programs and performance appraisals

• Assist in HR audits and reports

• Support employee engagement and welfare activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations (freshers with HR internship can apply)

• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS tools

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with payroll and attendance systems

• Problem-solving and multitasking skills
