Job Role – HR Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening candidate profiles.
Coordinating with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Maintaining and updating candidate databases and employee records.
Supporting the HR team in onboarding new employees and interns.
Communicating with candidates regarding job roles, interview details, and company information.
Helping in preparing basic HR documents and reports.
Assisting in daily HR administrative tasks and team coordination.
Supporting employee engagement activities when required.
